    刮板式砂石浮洗機:
      刮板式砂石浮洗機,是我公司針對石料中含泥土、石粉特別是漂浮物多,為去除石料中的泥土、石粉和漂浮物而自主研制開發的新型砂石浮洗機。已獲國家發明專利。
      該機是運用刮板輸送機的工作原理而科學設計,利用物料與水的比重差分離砂石和雜質。將含有雜物的砂石在水槽的前端分散下料,砂石在水槽里經過刮板機的攪動,比重輕的漂浮物(包括泥粉)隨著水的流動溢出水槽;比重重的砂石沉積在水槽內經刮板循環運行的攪洗,浮洗干凈徹底。特別適用于含漂浮物多的建筑垃圾破碎后的砂石清洗,也適用于石料、礦山的砂石清洗。
      該機具有設計新穎、簡單;操作、維修方便;產量大、效率高、能耗低,處理石料粒度大(能浮洗粒度≤150mm砂石)等優點。與螺旋式砂石浮洗機比較處理石料粒度大、成本低的優勢。

    Sand and stone float-wash machine with scraper :
      In view of stones containing clay, stone powder, especially  many floating  materials , our  company has  researched  and  developed  independently  a  sand and  stone float-wash machine  with  scraper,  aiming to remove the clay, stone dust and floating materials  from stones. It is  a  new type sand and stone float-wash  machine  and has been awarded  national invention patent.
      This machine is designed scientifically based on the working principle of the scraper conveyor. The sands and stones will be separated from impurities by taking advantage of the specific gravity difference between the materials and water . The sands and stones with impurities are fed dispersedly into the machine  at the front end of the water trough . As the sands and stones are stirred by the scraper conveyor in the water trough, the  floating materials with lower specific gravity  (including  clay powder ) will overflow out of  the water trough with water  flow , sands and stones with higher specific gravity  will settle on  the water trough bottom and be scraped up to the back end of the water trough and discharged by the scrapers of the scraper conveyor circulating on the trough bottom. Because of  long floating and washing path of the water trough  and  separation of the  feeding end and discharging  end ,  the sands and stones are stirred , floated and cleaned thoroughly through circulating of scrapers  in the water trough. This machine is especially suitable for floating and washing  sands and stones which are crushed from construction wastes with many floating materials, and it is also suitable for washing  building  stones ,  sands and stones of the quarry.
      The machine has the following  advantages : novel  and simple design; easy  operation and  maintenance ;  large  output,   high efficiency  and low  energy consumption as well as capacity  to treat  stones  of  bigger  sizes  (the maximum size for floating and washing is no more than 150mm ). When compared with the spiral floating and washing machine, it has advantages such as capacity to treat stones  of  bigger sizes and low operating cost.
